'Mabellis' British Shorthairs

Kittens - 20th May 2002

The kittens were born starting in the late afternoon.  The first four arrived by mid-evening, but Muffin took a long rest between the 4th and 5th kittens, and again between the 5th and 6th kittens so the last one was born in the wee small hours.  They weighed between 110g (3.9 ounces) and 135g (4.8 ounces), and were surprisingly active for new kittens.  Muffin cleaned them up beautifully and was clearly very proud of her new family.

The sire is Welqust Mistatipkins, known as Jasper to his friends.  (Photo Pedigree).  There are two blue boys and four blue-cream girls.
