'Mabellis' British Shorthairs

Kittens - 23rd June 2002

What a difference 2 weeks makes!  The kittens are now doing almost everything - washing themselves, eating solid food, using the litter tray, play fighting and so on - but with the inevitable cuteness of the very young.  Muffin continues to be proud and attentive, but leaves them now for short periods.  They are getting used to being picked up and cuddled, and their eyes are starting to loose that lovely baby-blue colour.  Eventually they should ideally be orange.  They now weigh between 450g (just under 16 ounces) and 530g (18 1/2 ounces).
Kittens *must* be kept clean at all times
Muffin with four of the kittens.  The one behind her and the one nearest her head are two of the girls, and the two boys are also there tucked up against her body.  Their increase in size is clearly seen if compared with earlier photos.
It *might* be possible to be too cute. But there again...

The sire is Welqust Mistatipkins, known as Jasper to his friends.  (Photo Pedigree).  There are two blue boys and four blue-cream girls.
